WATCH: Paris Hilton opening statement on Child Welfare Programs: "I am here to be the voice for the children whose voices can't be heard...The treatment these kids have had to endure is criminal...I will not stop until America's youth is safe."

If you haven't seen @ParisHilton's documentary it is a mandatory watch. It is heartbreaking to see the abuse that has been inflicted upon the children. This country has a fundamental problem with these facilities that are only concerned with making a profit from the well-being of children.
