It is something we all have been dreaming of for years. It is something which has been achieved by only three nations- China, the US and Russia- and now we are the fourth nation to do this. DA and DR have been increased for all our central government employees and pensioners, which will cost the Government of India a total of Rs. 6,791 crore.
