What is the world going to do about that? Is the world going to accept that Iran now controls an international waterway? President Trump said something similar yesterday complaining about the JCPOA's short duration. Separately Rubio says E3 have a decision to make on invoking the snapback sanctions mechanism. He says we should all anticipate based on the public comments yesterday that they are about to get a report from the IAEA that says not just is Iran out of compliance [with the JCPOA] but Iran is dangerously close to a weapon, closer than it has ever been. If Iran is out of compliance, they have to reimpose sanctions [using snapback]."
