#WATCH | Srinagar | Over CM Omar Abdullah's statement on liquor shops in J&K, PDP leader Iltija Mufti says, "What he said was illogical. Using the logic given by Omar Abdullah, the drug peddlers can also say that they are not forcing people to consume drugs. The CM brought religion into this, and I want to correct him by saying that no religion promotes consuming alcohol. Omar sahib, why can't you bring an alcohol ban in J&K, as the one in Hindu-majority states like Gujarat and Bihar? It is sad that Omar Abdullah, who is the CM of the Muslim majority, doesn't respect their sensibilities & sensitivities. I want to ask him - why does he take a U-turn on most things he says? #WATCH | Srinagar: On #OperationSindoor, J&K CM Omar Abdullah says, " It began with Pahalgam where our 26 innocent civilians killed and govt had said that we will get a befitting reply...This was the right method to reply...only terror sites in Pakistan were hit not military area or civilians...But, Pakistan has bombed some of the areas, our civilians were targeted in it. They started it, not us...we were living peacefully...we did not start this...none of us want war...we want the situation to improve again, but first Pakistan needs to lower their guns..."

#WATCH | Delhi | "Our relations and dealings with Pakistan will be strictly bilateral. That is a national consensus for years, and there is absolutely no change in that. The prime minister made it very clear that talks with Pakistan will be only on terror. Pakistan has a list of terrorists that needs to be handed over, and they have to shut down the terrorists' infrastructure. They know what to do. We are prepared to discuss with them what is to be done about terrorism. Those are the talks which are feasible," says EAM Dr S Jaishankar.
