My late father, Alhaji Abubakar Yari, was my greatest inspiration. Baba’s teachings, lessons, and faith have helped to shape the person that I am today. Yesterday, I spent some time at Baba’s gravesite at Talata Mafara Central Cemetery to pray that Almighty Allah (SWT) continues to grant him a place among the righteous in Al Jannah Firdaus. Ameen.

Sometimes it takes sickness to remind us of the true gift of health. When I was stuck in bed these last few days, all I could pray for was healing. But when I’m healthy, I forget and ask for everything except health. SubhanAllah! what an ironic reminder from Allah! The Prophet ﷺ said that the dua of the sick is accepted. 💭 So today I’m praying for everyone who is suffering right now.
