Is it hard to place solar panels on top of the roofs and other than stairs, there’ll be escalators or elevators so PWD/elderly/preggies can use those? Overusing the elevators/escalators? If SaraUlo and cronies can steal billions, then PH does have the money to hire maintenance.

I wish the gov will focus on having a proper bus system in Metro Manila with set stops. This is highly doable .. no right of way issues, just bus sheds and clear plans. With a good efficient bus system, traffic can be cut tremendously. Why drive, if public transport is easy
