🚨I’m calling to restructure the @SECGov and the removal of Chair @GaryGensler. Watch my closing remarks from today’s hearing where I lay out the abuse of power and failure to protect investors that has occurred.

Statement: “To correct a long series of abuses, I am introducing legislation that removes the Chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission and replaces the role with an Executive Director that reports to the Board, where all authority resides. Former Chairs of the SEC will be considered ineligible.”

Absolutely phenomenal line of questioning and also making valid points on behalf of retail investors and the markets in their current state very eye opening Bravo

This is well said. I can only imagine and guess at the incredible amounts of corruption that seem to have gone on. The little bits I know of are absurd. I hope congress takes a deep look, and I think it’s ridiculous that Biden still has gensler as chair

I appreciate bringing these up in todays hearing. However, the American people have seen and heard the lip service before ! We want action. Gary need to be fired, investigation into his collusion and protecting incumbents and racketeering needs to be conducted. Or you can just go to @Leerzeit and @taigxrp twitter pages as they’ve done all the work for you to build a case. Something must be DONE. No more lip service… PLEASE!
