Ubisoft support is trying to silence me instead of fixing their mistake! I pre-ordered AC: Shadows, but Ubisoft forced my refund into vouchers, blocking me from using the 20% discount. Now, after weeks of asking for a fair resolution, they gave me a STRIKE for "uncooperative behavior"—just for asking questions. So instead of fixing their broken system, they’re threatening to ban me from support.
