I'm not sure I believe this. I am CONSTANTLY at the lab and each and every time I go, the lab is full of immigrants. Are they permanent? I have no idea but.... Even at my doctors offices, same thing.

I wrote a newspaper article that quotes a government minister as saying that those who are legally entitled to be in Canada will receive access to a full education without caveats. That sent a clear message about their position on who they believes has a right to services.

If you are not a citizen of this country then you should not have access to benefits of being a citizen

Some of thes people are pretty dumb. NPR are never even near 10% of the population. How the hell could they consume 50%. I'm okay of the idea of some kind of premium until they become permanent, but it's foolish to think it would be anything more than a drop in bucket.

I'm cool with saving 1%. Now save more. The federal gov't underfunding is one reason the health care system is broken. It's not Danielle Smith, or it would only be Alberta.
