She's so frustrating. It makes me want to pull my hair out. Not mowing makes the city look like trash. Never mind the thistles that cut up the kids and dogs. Then CoC sends fines to houses who do not mow, and have weeds. Mostly due to them blowing in from the unmowed parts. 🤬🤯

New York City Emergency Management Commissioner Zach Iscol got emotional Monday morning as he spoke about his plans to step down next month.
