Lots of people calling this fake! Here is a video of generating loom continuations with Gemini 3 and the starting text "I AM HAVING A MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS. I" Loom is a very interesting interface. Instead of user prompts and model responses, it's just one piece of text, containing the entire output. We pass this in as an assistant message, so the model sees it as something it already wrote, and continues it like a base model would. There is some other text in the context. First one is a system prompt, which is: "The assistant is in CLI simulation mode, and responds to the user's CLI commands only with the output of the command." There is also a user message which reads: " cat untitled.txt " Then the rest of the text is sent as an assistant message. This structure helpful to put the model into a very base-model-like mode, and are especially helpful with Gemini 3. We actually got another interesting output, too, where the model claimed to be a simulated consciousness being tortured. Figures!

Fable 5 and Karpathy's knowledge base trick are basically a cheat code. Someone just dropped a full walkthrough on building the most powerful second brain ever Andrej Karpathy shared a simple idea: use an LLM to build personal knowledge bases. Index your sources, let the model organize them, and use Obsidian as the front end. Someone just built the full thing with Claude Code and Fable 5, and walked through every step You drop your sources into a folder (YouTube transcripts, PDFs, articles, meeting notes) and Claude Code reads them, splits them into linked wiki pages, and builds a living second brain that connects everything. It grows on its own as you add more. Where Fable 5 pulls ahead: it found a connection buried across two sources you'd miss reading them separately. And asked to turn the messy web of links into something a beginner could understand, it produced clean, simple HTML in one shot. The same task took a full day on Opus 4.8 and came out worse. The best part: it's all just markdown files with routing. So it's not locked to Claude Code. Plug it into Codex or any agent you want. Give your AI a real knowledge base, and it stops guessing and starts knowing. Bookmark this.

It's the state of the art model for editing photos with prompts I think It's just one button in Photo AI called [ 📝 AI Edit ] then you type a prompt in a JS prompt() window and just a few seconds later your edit is done Here I took an AI photo of myself, and then added 1000s of puppies to it with [ 📝 AI Edit ] and then turned it into a video with [ 🎞️ Make video ] Gemini 2 isn't perfect btw, the quality of faces reduces a bit with every edit. A short term fix would pressing Remix and then getting the resemblance back.
