You guys make a good point — halftime speech is very different from a postgame speech following a blowout. I apologize for not acknowledging that. In my opinion, though, Jimbo’s lethargic postgame speech vs. MSU is very similar to most of the other ones we’ve seen this season.

Point is … judging from his postgame speeches and media interviews this season (and offseason coach’s night talks) … and comparing them with previous seasons … it seemed pretty clear that he lacked the fire that he once had. Just an observation.

You’re not wrong but one is post game the other is halftime(?) that would set a different tone in and of itself.

Jimbo lost his edge prior to leaving FSU. After leaving, TAMU fans dismissed much of what FSU fans said, only to realize 6 yrs later and $100M + spent, FSU fans were right all along. You thought u were getting 2010-2014 Jimbo, but you never did. Lol. 🍋

I was noticing that this year. I’m previous iterations of the pulse I would always get fired up with the postgame speeches. The end of the year a few years ago and then into last season and this season, it feels like the fire left.
