We used to rescue ex-battery hens, despite all their health issues they are wonderful creatures. They are usually batshit crazy but a joy to behold.

I rescued 10 ex battery hens in the past. The other girls accepted them immediately. It was a joy to see them grow feathers and gain their strength. Those girls ended up being my most naughtiest hens! Loved them!
