We knew this a long time ago, Canada is a phone plan monopoly, no real competition, either you are rogers or bell, that's all

We are. It’s double the cost in Canada vs the US. That’s not hyperbole. Btw the us plan that costs half of my Canadian plan is actually better; it works in the USA, Mexico, and Canada as a domestic line.

And it doesn’t stop there. The cost per gigabyte of data in Canada is one of the most expensive in the developed world

Rogers has the same plan. Its called infinite premium plan. Its on their web site. You can use your phones, data, calls and texts in the US and Mexico. No roaming, do a lil research! I have this plan, great for traveling to the states/Mexico.
