#WATCH | Uttarakhand: The formal commencement of the pilgrimage to Baba Kedarnath—one of the most revered centers of faith in Uttarakhand—has begun. Panchmukhi palanquin of Lord Kedarnath set out for Kedarnath Dham amid grand religious rituals and traditions. In the morning, the palanquin was ceremoniously dispatched from the winter seat, Omkareshwar Temple, following all customary rites. The shrine of Baba Kedarnath is being adorned with several quintals of flowers. To give Kedarnath Temple a grand and divine appearance this year, around 51 quintals of flowers are being used for decoration. The temple premises is being adorned with vibrant, multi-colored flowers and special arrangements, creating a spiritually mesmerising experience for devotees.

The Temple committee puts up warning boards at various places on the Kedarnath temple premises, that if anyone is caught taking photos or making videos, legal action will be taken against them. President of Shri Badrinath Kedarnath Temple Committee, Ajay Ajendra tells ANI, "In the past, some pilgrims were making videos and reels inside the temple in an indecent manner as well as clicking pictures...It will be implemented strictly, that is why warning boards have also been installed at Kedarnath."
