Bread in India is a big joke! There are two types of bread in India. One which is openly unhealthy (white bread), and the second type (brown, multigrain, wholewheat) which pretend to be healthy when they are not! Till a few decades ago, bread wasn't as common in India. But now it is commonly used by Indians for breakfast sandwiches, school tiffins, and snacks! If you have 2 slices of bread a day, you have more than 700 slices in a year. Make sure you pick the right one! This Huckleberry bread was purchased at Walmart, it’s from a company called Franz “So I'm thinking it's gonna be packed with the huckleberries, just like the raisin bread one is, the blueberry one is. This is, this is the huckleberry bread…..” Companies need to start being held to some Kind of standard for false advertising I found more online examples of people opening and using this bread and this is just what it looks like, this isn’t a manufacturing error Hint of hint of huckleberries….

mingyu crashing out over his expired bread 😭 🐶 no but there is so much bread, there is this much right now 🐶 :( these are really yummy though *sighs* 🐶 this is so yummy, egg salad *opens and smells the bread* 🐶 this is yummy too, sausage bread, what a waste 🐶 i chose and bought all of these because i wanted to eat it, i was too greedy, what a waste 🐶 there’s like 8 more, agh this is annoying 🐶 i have to throw it all away, ahh stress! how can there be no snacks at home 🐶 ah that bread is so yummy though, im salivating. it’s not that i bought that much [on purpose] i picked specific ones to try. and also ones that i had tried before that were good. there were so many types so i thought okay i’ll buy it first and i can share it. it’s been 4-5 days and it’s already expired… 🐶 i’m so sad right now. you can’t even get the bread delivered. i directly went there myself 🐶 it’s really such a waste… ok i’ll let this go

I have so much fun making sourdough I just decided I’m going to sell it at my local farmer’s market with my kids. I just bought two domains for it WaterSaltFlour . com SaltFlourWater .com Unit economics? I’m going to sell them in the standard bread size (loaf on the right in the 2nd pic) and pre sliced. I’m trying to compete with everyday sliced and bagged sandwich bread, not fancy $11 sourdough bread that you only buy occasionally and need a chainsaw to cut into. 3 ingredients. 0 microplastics. $4 per loaf. Salt, flour and water. Locally made sourdough from locally made sourdough starter. COGS is $.95 Labor is only about 20% if I paid someone $20/hour to make these. 30 loaves per hour. Overhead is negligible. Thanks to Texas cottage law I can legally make these at home. Yes I could charge more, but I don’t need to. I want people to buy 2-5 bags at a time, regularly. You can store in the freezer to keep fresh. Every bite tastes like sourdough straight from the oven. I can make 28 loaves in my home oven at a time. 4 rows of 7 across two ovens. I’ll of course document all this. This is even funnier than scaling a big business.

I’ve been following this phenomenon for a while. I have no idea what to make of it but when you see the sky get that black at 3:30 in the afternoon on a sunny day AND you hear what sounds like loud trumpets in the sky…It means something.. I’m not sure what. I don’t know if it’s biblical or if it’s something our government is doing, but I know what it sounds like to me . It’s been happening all over the world . I’d love to hear your opinions on this.

I dont want to argue too hard here or anything, it is fluffed up a bit for the article but this is Bush Bread. Evidence for it goes back 35k years. The majority of womens lives was making this bread to the point that grindstones were one of the only things carried from place to place. The thing people should get from it is that all hunter gatherers harvested seeds and made bread, all over the world. Its part of "gathering". An intensified version of this is where grain farming came from, people already harvested the wild grains and made bread since the paleolithic. Bush Bread is where our Damper comes from, its just using flour instead.
