Watching Strategy accumulate Bitcoin in real time is insane... 4.6 BTC per minute so far today. A few days ago we surpassed 20,000,000 Bitcoin meaning there are less than 999,956 BTC left. People haven't done the math. Michael Saylor has figured out the product that 1% of a $300...

Former BlackRock fund manager Ed Dowd: "The metals are telling you that there's uncertainty out there and a lack of trust... [and] that gold and silver are going to be part of the new monetary system... [so] gold and silver are the trade and not Bitcoin so much." This clip of Dowd (Edward Dowd), who is also the founder of Phinance Technologies, is taken from a discussion with Michael Farris (Michael Farris) posted to YouTube on January 13, 2026. ---------------Partial transcription of clip--------------- "The metals are telling you that there's uncertainty out there and a lack of trust. I think the big, the moves in gold and silver are really discounting a lack of trust and fear of what is coming and what it's going to look like. And, and also it's also telling you that gold and silver are going to be part of the new monetary system. "And Bitcoin, interestingly enough, has stalled out. It's down 20% since October, the high in October and Bitcoin is barely up today. So, you know, there was always this thesis around Bitcoin that when when there's a new monetary system comes, it's going to, it's going to be protection against, you know, any of that kind of uncertainty. It's increasing. It's becoming increasingly obvious to me that gold and silver are the trade and not Bitcoin so much. "And Bitcoin, unfortunately, is very highly correlated to the Nasdaq and it's disconnected from the Nasdaq. The Nasdaq and Bitcoin have disconnected temporarily. Generally speaking, they're highly correlated. So what does that say? Does that say Nasdaq is going to catch up down to Bitcoin or is Bitcoin going to rally back up? I think that the Nasdaq is going to go down to bitcoin. So that's where we are."

Michael Saylor's end game is to buy $3 trillion worth of #Bitcoin! 👀 Microstrategy could, CONSERVATIVELY, own approximately 16% of the total Bitcoin Supply or 3,439,002 Bitcoin!! For those that think this is a MOONBOI projection, listen to the video clip below, VERY CLOSELY, and you will hear him say that he plans on buying $3 trillion worth of Bitcoin 🤯 Even if Saylor buys $3 trillion worth of Bitcoin, at an average price of $1 million per coin, he would be able to buy 3,000,000 Bitcoin! Check my math! This would CONSERVATIVELY bring his total Bitcoin holdings to 3,444,262, or 16% of the total Bitcoin Supply!! Saylor could single handedly jack the price of Bitcoin to $1 million per coin and Samson Mow's Omega candle could be coming in 2025. What going to happen when Nation States, Google, Amazon, Facebook and billions of people complement Saylor's $3 trillion purchase? What is bigger than an omega candle? I asked GROK and it doesn't even know! 😂 I think we should name it the ♾️ candle. This would be representative of Wicked's Stock to Fomo model (see graphic below) and his post: Saylor has said he is going to double his $42 Billion Bitcoin investment at least 4 times and here is how this could lead to him acquiring more than 4 million Bitcoin in 2025: Q1 2025 - Raise $84 Billion to buy 700,000 Bitcoin at average price of $120k/Bitcoin. Q2 2025 - Raise $168 Billion to buy 988,235 Bitcoin at average price of $170k/Bitcoin Q3 2025 - Raise $336 Billion to buy 1,050,000 Bitcoin at average price of $320k/Bitcoin Q4 2025 - Raise $672 Billion to buy 1,680,000 Bitcoin at average price of $400k/Bitcoin In one year there is the possibility that he could REALISTICALLY buy 4,418,235 Bitcoin!! I say "realistically" because the demand for Saylor's $42 Billion equity raise was so great that he is going to be able to use it all up in 3-4 months instead of the projected 3 years!!🤯 This would bring their current Bitcoin holdings of 444,262 Bitcoin to 4,857,237!!!! Or 23% of all Bitcoin!! Calculations are based on our post below: We are closer to $1 million Bitcoin than you think. I believe we will get to this price sooner than Wicked 's projected date of 4/4/2030. I agree with Samson that we get to $1 million per coin by the end of 2025! Hold on to your hat, because we are about to experience exponential, LIFTOFF. To understand exponential growth, envision yourself holding two very powerful magnets. As you start to bring the two magnets together, it gets harder to hold them apart and all of a sudden, BAM, they clap together! This is what we are about to experience, a SUDDEN BAM, in the price of Bitcoin as adoption goes from <1% to 10% in a very short time frame. Now you may better understand why Saylor is frantically, but intelligently, trying to buy $42 Billion of Bitcoin. As an engineer he understands what exponential demand will cause to the price of a finite commodity. Saylor has been on record as saying that "he will be buying the top forever." Don't ever underestimate an astro/aeronautical MIT engineer.

Strategy sold 3,588 BTC last week. That's 112x more than the 32 BTC they sold a few weeks ago (which freaked out the market). Here's what's happening and why they are doing this... 1. Last week = Strategy sold Last week, Strategy sold 3,588 BTC and used all of the proceeds ($216m) to fund dividend payments on their suite of preferred equities. Q2 dividend payments for STRF, STRK, STRD, and STRE... and June dividends for STRC. Notably, BTC price opened last week at $59.5k. Strategy sold 3,588 BTC over the course of the week, yet BTC price went up to $63.5k. 2. The bigger picture = Strategy is NET buying Strategy bought 85,296 BTC in Q2. Their combined selling for Q2 was 3,620 BTC (32 + 3,588). In other words, they bought 22.5x more BTC in Q2 than they sold. (For 2026 YTD numbers, Strategy has bought ~175k BTC and sold 3.6k BTC. That's a 48x ratio.) 3. The message in advance Weeks ago, Saylor explained what they are doing, in an interview with Michaël van de Poppe (see clip) "On occasion, we'll buy 20 Bitcoin & we'll sell 1 Bitcoin... Then the credit investors will give us enough to buy 20 more Bitcoin." Saylor further explained the strategic rationale of selling Bitcoin... "Our credit investors expect that we're going to support the credit dividend and pay it (and our asset is BTC)... 'will you sell some Bitcoin to pay us the money?' They expect me to say yes, because if I'm not going to pay the dividend, they're not going to buy the credit & the credit agency won't rate the credit." 4. What Strategy is doing Strategy is showing the market that they can and will sell BTC. They are doing this to gain access to more credit market capital... so that they can buy much more BTC. Saylor has recently asserted that it's important to "buy more Bitcoin than you sell." This is that in action. In Q2, they bought 85k BTC. They then used 3.5k BTC to fund the dividends on the Digital Credit that enabled them to buy 85k BTC. They bought 22.5 and sold 1. 5. What to expect next Saylor said they will "inoculate the market" by selling a little BTC. This is the second dose of inoculation. They will keep doing it until the market expects it and no longer reacts to it. They are not dumping their BTC treasury strategy for dollars. That is the click-bait headline for the uninformed. What they are telling you is that they plan to sell 1 BTC so they can buy 20 BTC. Over and over.
