As the daughter of a life-long arborist aka tree surgeon ❤️ this brought me great joy. He’s long passed now but man he told some great tree stories. 🍀🍀 Thanks for sharing.

That were me, the tree would have destroyed both the house and shed.

That is impressive, no doubt. However, it's really not that hard to get a tree to fall where you want. You cut the notch facing the direction you want it to fall and make the back-cut even (parallel to the notch) 2" above the point of the V-notch.

@xskinn I would never attempt that drop. 😲 I put a tree down diagonally between 2 fence posts once. It was perfect until the tree then rolled sideways once down & stuffed one of the fence posts. 🤦‍♂️😂
