I have a lot to say regarding airlines not being held responsible. Many people have lost a lot from flights delays and cancellations but never have they been adequately compensated. Your response sounded more threatening than correction. This passenger is loud but not disruptive.

If sanctions were enforced & the public knew airlines faced penalties for irregularities, this might not have happened. The passenger would be confident of compensation when he complains rightly. Instead the focus is on punishing him rather than prevent the root of the problem.
