Weight limits are on many things for the safety of the person and for the safety of the company. There are weight limits on office chairs, cars, trucks, buses, boats, boarding docks, theme park rides, etc. Didn't have to worry about weight limits on humans until the extremely obese individuals began protesting their propaganda for others to consider their weight disability they brought on themselves. If you can't fit, you can't fit. Lose weight or find another way to have fun.

Rides have limits on weight and height for safety reasons. No ride can reasonably be engineered to accommodate everyone and still make the rides at a price level that would keep admission prices from being even less affordable. And she knows that person too big or too small who gets injured would be filing a multi-million $, lawsuit the next day for the negligent action of allowing her to ride.
