According to sources, last night Colin Albert and Brian Albert Jr (the cousin Colin had to say happy birthday to in person during the middle of a blizzard before allegedly leaving 5 minutes before John O'Keefe arrived) allegedly got into an altercation at an engagement party at the Landmark in Dorchester and were kicked out of the bar around 10:30 PM. Colin can be seen in this short video chirping at a middle aged man with gray hair across the bar. After leaving the bar the Alberts and Colin's friends reportedly waited outside and proceeded to jump one of the middle aged men they were arguing with inside the bar. Three BPD cruisers pulled up within minutes, but didn't stay long. Colin was not reportedly involved in the jumping, but was one of the instigators inside the bar. Regardless, the energy that the Alberts walk with when they go out drinking in public, and their constant inability to avoid threats and physical altercations, is further evidence that they are nothing but thugs. Now imagine what they would do if a drunk middle aged man stumbled into their homes and disrespected the family patriarch, Brian Albert Sr.

Meet Colin. He's 26 and made $231,000 last year helping people do something they already do every day. He charges $875 for a 75 minute phone call. He has zero sales experience. Colin started as a side hustle while working insurance. First month: $1,000. Costs: $100 in software. Eight months later he quit after making $13,000 in a single month. All his clients come from LinkedIn. Doesnt even do outbound. They show up in his inbox every day. A few months before he started, he knew nothing about this industry. But literally spent a weekend with Claude and some blogs and became an expert. What is it? He's a credit card rewards consultant. Helps business owners spending $20k to $60k/month on credit cards earn 2-3X more points than they currently are. Most of these guys are on 1% cashback cards from their local bank. Colin shows them how to switch to cards earning 3X or 4X on the same spending. Then books them a trip to Europe in business class with the points. In this episode Colin: - Breaks down his $875 package and exactly what's included - Shows how business owners are leaving hundreds of thousands of points on the table - Explains why points devalue faster than the dollar - Gives the exact tools he uses to find award flight deals - Explains why anyone could start this as a side hustle today Even if you're not a "points guy", this is a banger.

High Protein Mediterranean Cabbage Rolls I’ve been on a cabbage kick and these high protein cabbage rolls did not disappoint. I skipped the rice this time, but you can add 1-1.5 cups uncooked rice to the beef mixture (or my Kaizen lowcarb rice if you’re eating low carb). I highly recommend regular rice, or kaizen rice, or even quinoa. It makes them delicious. But honestly, they are just as good without. Here’s how I made them: 1.Grab a large bowl and mix together 2lb ground beef, 1 finely diced yellow onion, a couple generous pinches salt, lots of cracked pepper, and 1.5 tbsp Greek seasoning (I used the one from my cookbook, but any greek seasoning works). Crack 2 eggs and fold in 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh mint and dill. Mix well and let sit. Optional: add 1 to 1.5 cups uncooked rice. 2.Preheat oven to 375F. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. 3.Add 16 cabbage leaves to the pot and boil 4 to 5 mins until softened. Dont overdo this step! Remove and pat dry. Use cabbage with a large surface area like Savoy or Napa. 4.Trim the thick base off each leaf. Add about 2 tbsp of the meat filling near the base, fold up, tuck sides, and roll tightly. 5.Drizzle olive oil in a large oven-safe pan. Add 12 oz tomato purée and 1 tsp Greek seasoning to the base. Lay out the rolls. Top with another 12 oz purée and another pinch of seasoning. 6.Cover with either a lid or some foil and bake in the oven 375F for 1 hr. 7.After 1 hour, uncover and broil for the final 2 minutes. 8.Remove, drizzle with sour cream or plain yogurt, top with chopped parsley, and enjoy. If you make it, be sure to let me know on SHREDHAPPENS! ENJOY! . . . #highproteinmeals #lowcarb #lowcarbrecipes #healthyrecipes #mediterraneanfood #goodmoodfood

NEW OVERNIGHT: Julie Nagel made a move on Lindsey Gaetani during a party at Jen McCabe's sister's house, in front of an entire room of people, and the only person who tried to intervene to help Lindsey was Colin Albert. Then, after Julie Nagel tried to make that move, Colin Albert was talking to Lindsey away from the others. Kate Peter lied to Colin's mom and said Colin was making a move on Lindsey, and Lindsey wonders if this was to prevent Colin from leaking information to Lindsey. Colin's mom came up to Lindsey, Colin and Matt McCabe screaming at Lindsey right after Kate Peter tried to spread that rumor. After Lindsey left the party, Julie Nagel sent Lindsey Gaetani a text message telling Lindsey that Julie wanted to "hook up" with Lindsey. The next day, Jen McCabe and others tried to talk to Lindsey to probe for information as to if Lindsey remembered what happened with Julie Nagel (and Colin's mom). When Lindsey did remember, the people who attended the party went silent. The people at the party were; Lindsey Jen McCabe's sister Kate Peter Jen McCabe Matt McCabe Kate's friend Gina/Jen Colin Albert Ali McCabe Brian Albert Julie Albert Proctor's mother and sister and/or wife Julie Nagel Bella's dad Brian Albert Jr. Julie Nagel Lisa Crisello Julie Crisello Source = Ray from Dallas's epic interview with Lindsey and myself late into Thursday night/Friday morning. Victor Wembanyama full highlights vs. Oklahoma City Thunder tonight (122-115 W in OT2) - Game 1 - Western Conference Finals - 2026 NBA Playoffs: 41 Points on 14/25 FG (56.0%), 1/2 from 3, 12/13 FT (92.3%), 24 Rebounds (9 Off. Rebs), 3 Assists (3 TOV), 1 Steal, 3 Blocks, 4 PF, and a +/- of +16 (game high) in 48:42 minutes played. Extended highlights version, including all the times he got fouled + replays. AN ABSOLUTE MONSTER GAME BY WEMBY. Maybe once in a generation game, though you cannot be certain when it comes to Wemby. 5 Points in the first overtime, 9 points in the second overtime, carrying the Spurs, who were without De'Aaron Fox (the Thunder had Jalen Williams back). He was out of breath, he was exhausted, he barely had the power to run back, but he still delivered with insane clutch buckets and defensive plays, including blocks. The Thunder tried everything they could against him, different strategies, tactics, different defensive rotations, but they had NO answer. What a fantastic game 1 it was, way beyond anyone's dreams, I'd bet.

To have 4 goals that look this good in 1 game is exciting. A truly international tournament, this was in our match vs the Champions of El Salvador. Goal 1 - Parker off the corner Goal 2 - Thiago on the volley Goal 3 - Isabella on the weak foot Goal 4 - Colin with a banger The vibe was crazy. The teams and parents from South America, Central America, and Mexico really bring the energy. We didn't win it all this year, but it was definitely one of my more fun years at Copa Rayados

On this date 21 years ago, Alabama Men’s Basketball stunned the nation when the Crimson Tide rallied from a 13-point deficit in the second half to upset No. 1-seeded Stanford, 70-67, in the second round of the NCAA Tournament in Seattle on March 20, 2004. Kennedy Winston scored 21 points for the No. 8-seeded Crimson Tide, which made 10 of 14 free throws in the final minutes to secure the victory in the West Regional. Led by Pac-10 Player of the Year Josh Childress, the Cardinal entered the game with an impressive 30-1 record and with 7:40 remaining in the second half had built a comfortable 53-40 lead, before Alabama mounted its incredible comeback with a 16-0 run. Earnest Shelton helped spark the Crimson Tide rally and finished with 14 points, while Chuck Davis and Antoine Pettway each had 12 points. Childress scored 12 points for the top-seeded team in the Phoenix (West) Region but fouled out with 3:18 left and watched the final minutes in dismay from the end of the Stanford bench. “They weren’t overrated. We were underrated,” read a sign in the Alabama locker room. The shocking victory earned a “Sports Illustrated” cover the following week and propelled the Crimson Tide, coached by Mark Gottfried, to its first Sweet Sixteen appearance since 1991.
