Yes sir, but know Kenyans want to see govt engineers supervise and approve payments for works that are well done. Not things they always show us after being silenced by contractors through kick backs. I wish you be given chance to manage road works as well.

I don’t think cameras and this kind of confrontations are what Kenya needs Mkubwa. Why not have a shared roadmap with all contractors, gated milestones, ways of addressing blockers, and finally a score card that rewards contractors that perform well?

Such kind of incompetence you should not tolerate, I understand starting from scratch to seek new contractors is breach of contract and it's expensive, but if need be, let it be so. They might do something substandard and later on cost the taxpayers money. Good job @mugaa_eric
