Wayback Wednesday! 1992 - "One Hot Night" Davey Allison won The Winston in 1992, but wasn't able to celebrate in victory lane as he was transported to the hospital where he was diagnosed with a concussion, bruised lungs, and bruised legs. Allison was able to win after Dale Earnhardt and Kyle Petty got into it going into turn 3 which saw Earnhardt spin out from the lead. This was also the first time the all-star race was run at night! #NASCAR #Throwback #allstar
