We’re all guilty of turning robots into people in our heads! That’s why so many folks automatically assume “Tesla Vision” means “exact copy of human vision” right? 😂 Your phone doesn’t “hear” like ears, and Tesla cameras + neural nets aren’t eyes + human brain In pitch black darkness (think blackout or remote rural road), Tesla’s cameras crush it with insane low light sensitivity and auto gain, spotting lines, obstacles, and animals WAY better and farther than your tired human eyeballs Maybe we win with our intuition, or maybe we don’t 😅

Rivian has a magic chip to fix this 😉

WAYMO is not an intelligent vehicle. It doesn’t know what to do if anything changes in its environment. Robotaxi does and was unaffected at 1/10th the cost per unit at scale.
