If red states are prolife why do they have the highest infant mortality rates and shortest lifespans?

Okey. Lets say you get your abortion ban. No exceptions. Doctors aborting a fetus goes to jail. What then? What will be the consequences of that? Happy new familes filled with baby joy? Mothers shining from motherhood? Women dying from pregnancy issues? No maternity wards?
