I thank all of you who really helped Ukraine make this year since our previous meeting of this kind truly productive. We have been through a lot together. We made it through the winter – a very difficult winter. When Ukraine was not alone, and we received the support we needed. This year, winter is once again an obvious priority for everyone. Your task this year is to provide the Government of Ukraine with the strongest possible support on the external track and in our relations with partners. Right now, we cannot predict with 100 percent certainty when diplomatic efforts will succeed, when Ukraine’s long-range sanctions against Russia, our mid-range strikes, and all the sanctions imposed by partners will generate the level of pressure needed to leave Russia with no alternative but peace. We will work very hard to make that happen this fall. But we clearly understand who we are dealing with and that Putin hopes to drag this war out even longer. He is preparing a mobilization campaign at home and new strikes. We see Russia’s true intentions, unite our partners, and put pressure on the aggressor.
