Look how different Mike Trout looks when hitting off of a tee vs hitting a live ball…Watch his left arm and left shoulder do completely different things. The right forearm supinates vs an overhand pitch but it pronates vs the tee…. It’s a function of where the biceps inserts onto the radius. There isn’t a hitter on earth that will use the same swing mechanics off of a tee as they will vs an overhand pitch.

Someone explain to me, like a 5-year old, why this simple point that exams are an economic problem still confuses Kenyans. After Finance Bill, after the #GatekeepingKE problem with exams at Kenya school of law, you still don't understand? Is it that you don't understand or you don't WANT to understand? Kenyans died for protesting against the economic mismanagement for two years in a row and you are still confused to hear that that exams are not an 8.4.4 problem but an economic one? People are selling their land to bribe to enter lower level entry jobs in the police or KDF, and you still think Kenyans are nervous about grades? Your grandparents were deliberately failed in exams by the British during colonial times so that Africans don't enter the higher jobs reserved for Europeans, and you still think exams is an 8.4.4 problem? These are 2 of the 20 throwing drills executed in progression that my teams do every day. I promise they work and if taught correctly and monitored daily, you will win more games and players confidence will improve significantly.

Medball drills are great for power development. They’re also an outstanding way to prepare the athlete for violent rotations via hitting and throwing. For us, medball volume is high at this time of the year as most guys are taking a break from throwing and hitting. By keeping our medball volume high we’re able to train power, without the increased stress of swinging a bat or throwing a ball (more CNS stress).
