We have heard complaints from pioneers about their inability to use the biometrics feature to sign into their wallet while transacting on Pailot. We know that this issue is not just faced on the Pailot platform alone, but also across other apps in the ecosystem, and the problem is not from the applications. The problem is from pioneers not setting up their fingerprint or face ID login in their wallet initially, or their device not supporting such use of biometrics. So in order to help pioneers enable their biometrics, we have created this short explainer video to guide pioneers in setting up fingerprint/Face ID biometrics. This will help all pioneers facing the biometrics issue across ecosystem apps. Pioneers will then be able to comfortably authenticate their wallet for transactions on Pailot and all the other ecosystem apps. NOTE: Pailot never asks for or stores your passphrase. The Pi SDK always redirects you from Pailot to for you to safely input your passphrase or use your biometrics for login.
