Bringing home American hostages and wrongful detainees is a top priority.

It's come to my attention that the EU seems to think they're the only member of NATO. They often meet as a collective like at the EU Summit, yesterday to discuss EU business. The problem is when the EU blurs lines and starts "discussing NATO business" at these "EU MEETINGS". It's disrespectful to the United States to say the least. And all the other members of NATO, who aren't part of the EU. The EU keeps making these outlandish and highly provocative statements about how "they think NATO forces" should be used during these meetings. These heated and provocative statements continue to turn up the nuclear tension on this planet. They are intentionally making these statements, which represent NATO as a collective whole without consulting other members of NATO. It's like they are acting like they speak for US. No one speaks for the United States of America and certainly not at an "EU Meeting." While there's nothing in the NATO Treaty, no provisions from stopping "informal meetings and discussions", I'd argue gathering for a formalized EU Summit, is quite a "formal discussion". Making statements like how you think "NATO military or security should be used" at such meetings is irresponsible, disrespectful and as a member of NATO the US isn't going to tolerate this anymore. Since the FORMAL NATO meeting this year in the Netherlands is going to be a historic one for NATO members, the first time we've had it in the Netherlands, since NATO was formed in 1949. I suggest that we have some productive discussions about proper decorum and etiquette to respect ALL NATO MEMBERS ALL THE TIME. When we gather to meet at the NATO Summit June 24-25 the US is going to present some terms for proper NATO business discussion for the future. IF a NATO nation dishonors the decorum protocols we put in place, then you will be required to pay a fine. The first violation will be a determined amount. Each repeated violation in a calendar year will be increased by 25% for each violation. If a country maxes out the fine violations. We don't stop because we get to 100%. We can go as high as you want. POP OFF. GO ON. IE: 1. First Violation will cost you 10 million dollars to be paid to the military funds for NATO. 2. 2nd Violation 12.5 million dollars. 3. 3rd 15 million You get the point. The US is going to push for internal reforms for decorum and respect at the NATO meeting. 1. No NATO business will be discussed during formal meetings like that of the EU Summit. 2. NATO will not be used by any one member as a weapon for empowerment and self-aggrandized agendas. 3. NATO Military won't be thrown around as a leverage topic for geopolitical gain to control global outcomes. 4. When making statements about how you think your country should utilize NATO make sure you specify, it depends on what all the NATO nations decide, it's not up to just me. 5. Transparency for informal meetings will now be required. Copies of what was said during informal meetings will be sent to ALL NATO nations. 6. Article 5 will not be allowed to be utilized if an active member willing engages in and seeks out war. NATO isn't your military for your country. NATO is a peacekeeping force. Art 5 is if you're attacked, not if you're the attacker. Clearly define Art 5 provisions and update them. This is greatly needed since we have some who want nothing more than to WAR. If you decide to send your military into conflict to actively engage in war, you should not expect NATO back up. You make this decision to war alone. NATO is established for protection if you are attacked, not if you actively engage in war. This constant talk about how the US used Art 5 after 9/11, it was the very definition of why Art 5 was established. We were attacked in America, not a hypothetical. VERY REAL. Thousands of Americans died after we were ATTACKED. We weren't the attacker or provocateur. BIG DIFFERENCE in how we used Art 5 and these haphazard irresponsible ways it's now suggested it be used. Not one of our ALLIES in NATO have suffered such a horrible attack in their homeland. They fantasize a great deal about it, but never has it happened. The US doesn't live in fantasy land, we live in reality. Time for the EU to join US. Art 5 is if you're attacked in your homeland as an act of war or aggression. 9/11 was an act of war on America in America by a group of Terrorists hold up in Afghanistan. EU seems so heavy handed on cracking down on FREE Speech, but when it comes to the words NATO, they freely flow like verbal diarrhea from their mouths. EU weaponizes NATO on the regular throwing it around like a military tool to try to force and control outcomes around the world, the US is done with this. We will be respected or we will take other actions. At this meeting we must also discuss where the NATO nations see the military going in the future, does it align with our goals @SecDef. If not, how do we get there? Failure to pass and agree to decorum and protocol procedures regarding statements about NATO and meetings for NATO (informal) will result in the following actions from the US 1. Reduction in Cooperation - we will scale back all military operations, decrease our military presence in Europe. 2. Reduced Financial Obligations, we will cut our spending to a minimum of 1/2 what we are spending now. 3. We will also bring a draft letter for EXIT from NATO with US. We are super serious this time. If they do not straighten up their act, act more civil and go back to the roots on which NATO was founded, adopt proper decorum and protocols when discussing NATO business, the US will EXIT. We're not asking too much, mind your manners. Be respectful of ALL NATO MEMBERS ALL THE TIME. Don't talk about our business at your EU meetings like it's EU business. While military is EU business, technically NATO isn't the military of the EU. Each country has their own military and you should discuss your military actions within your own countries, not NATO as a whole. These decorum and protocol changes will not only establish boundaries of respect, it actually provides a more peaceful environment for NATO to exist. NATO isn't a weapon. NATO is protection. The weaponization of it is why the world is at the precipice of World War 3. Revising Art 5 to make it known that if you send troops somewhere to engage in war, you go it alone, changes the game. Art 5 was meant to provide protection not be used as a leverage for War. We are returning to the roots of NATO and getting back to the 1949 basics of NATO. Make sure you bring enough copies of the EXIT Letter to give everyone in the attendance at the meeting a copy. IF they decide they no longer want US in NATO, they can keep the copy and we'll send one to ourselves back in the States to make our formal departure official. 1949 to 2025 we can make an exit at the place where we originally entered NATO and make history. Your decision fellow NATO members. Mind Your Manners or BYE. History Making Time Trump Administration. WE ARE NATO. cc: @POTUS @VP @SecScottBessent @howardlutnick @DOGE @elonmusk @SecretaryWright @SecDuffy @SecRollins @SecKennedy @SecretaryTurner @SecretaryBurgum @RealPNavarro @SecDef @DeptofDefense @MikeWaltz47 @generalkellogg @SteveWitkoff @Sec_Noem @DNIGabbard @Scavino47 @StevenCheung47 @GrahamAllenDOD @SeanParnellUSA @JasonMiller @epaleezeldin @PamBondi @Kash_Patel @SecretaryWright @USArmy @USMC @USNavy @usairforce @USCG @SpaceForceDoD @DHSgov @StateDept @SenateGOP @HouseGOP @CENTCOM @RealTomHoman @EDSecMcMahon @davidsacks47
