Im roughly 4 hours South of where this is taking place. Ours schools closed due to the extreme temperatures and the risk to children waiting at bus stops. Let that sink in. And this woman is OK with taking a toddler out for extended periods of time and risking exposure at a min. No, not the same.

Nordic countries and even in Canada our kids come outside all the time in cold weather. In Nordic kids even get left in their strollers outside. Being properly prepared and with adults won't kill them. I know -10C is cold for some people but it is a warm winter day for us.

Becky, i agree with everything you said. I do think you would want to know that i did see this video earlier and the actual woman in this video is a crossing guard/school patrol person. This video was not about a protesting mom. Some moms are bringing their kids, though.
