What does that actually mean? Grow up.

Nothing? Really? Even as an ethnically diverse person in this country, I find that statement weird. Assuming you are not talking just about diversity of thought, then that would make sense. But in any other sense do you mean to say the native English are not good on their own? The ones who invented the game are 'nothing' without others involvement in the game? You say it enhances it, makes it exciting, gives a different dimension with people from all over being involved, but to say nothing is a demeaning and unproductive use of phrase. If you reverse this to any other country, it would be considered highly discriminatory as it does here.
