We are overburdened by the devolved governments. We have so many counties..let the number of counties be reduced

In a Budget of Ksh. 3.6 Trillion...all the 47 Counties in Kenya get Ksh.385 Billion....Clearly, the Problem is not the Counties...we can actually add more Counties if we Fix the Fvcking SinkHole called "EXECUTIVE".... that's where all the Money goes with nearly NOTHING in return.

Why can’t we allow the counties to secede from the republic ? Then maybe there will be competition between county govts to deliver value for money or The citizens will vote with their feet and move to the county/country that provides value for tax money ?
