A man in Chicago was walking down the street and heard what appeared to be gunshots. He ran to a nearby alley, where he came across a man shot in the leg. The man is getting backlash online for standing there and making jokes instead of calling 911 for help. The victim asked him to call for help. The man recording says he did call 911, and the victim got the help he needed and is in good condition.
