Baier: But you know the pushback—It's not just Democrats. There will be some Republicans that these are historic monuments that need to be named the thing that they were named. Thune: I'm not familiar with the process of how this is done. There is a question of whether or not it's in law… Do we have to change the law to do these sorts of things?
