I believe that natives migrated from Paleo-Siberia & Asia, as Europeans migrated from Europe. The land was fought over and changed ownership many times before a bigger dog entered the fight. There were no laws, no established state, no infrastructure, not even the Wheel was invented. 95% of the natives died from disease, and there's no historical documentation that it was done intentionally. Was there violence? Absolutely. Were the Indians outgunned? Definitely. And all if this is documented. Also, this is the first time a people were conquered in history and actually given land they could keep as reservation.

These guys always seemed like a Fed Operation.

Why so much racial hate? I grew up in the ‘70-80’s. I thought we got through this. My black friends and I find this so overblown.
