Last night, flying from Washington, DC to LA, I genuinely felt uneasy about my safety. TSA officers were doing their jobs professionally & it’s unacceptable that they’re expected to do so without getting paid. I even texted my sister, half-joking but not really, saying goodbye in case something happened on the flight, that’s how uneasy I felt. & it’s all because too many in Congress are driven by ego and misplaced priorities instead of putting Americans’ safety first. FUND DHS NOW!
