I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment with the current state of your games and the overall experience on your platforms. As a long-time fan of Activision titles, I have become increasingly disheartened by the numerous issues that seem to be plaguing your games, particularly in terms of connection stability, server latency, and the overall quality of service. One of the most pressing issues is the frequent server drops and connection problems that disrupt gameplay. The latency and lag are consistently high, making it nearly impossible to enjoy a seamless gaming experience. This is especially problematic in competitive modes, where precision and timing are crucial. The constant disconnections and lag not only ruin the gameplay but also create an unfair disadvantage for those who are affected. Moreover, the size of game updates and downloads has become excessively large. While I understand that updates are necessary to improve and expand the game, the frequency and size of these updates are becoming increasingly burdensome. Many players, myself included, find it frustrating to have to wait for extended periods while these large downloads take up significant bandwidth and storage space. Another major concern is the prevalence of hackers and cheaters in your games, particularly in ranked play. The lack of effective anti-cheat measures is severely impacting the competitive integrity of your games. It’s disheartening to invest time and effort into ranked matches, only to encounter players who are clearly exploiting the system. This issue, coupled with the poor management and maintenance of ranked play, has significantly diminished the enjoyment and fairness of the experience. In addition, I am concerned about the overall lack of maintenance and communication from your team regarding these ongoing issues. It feels as though the community's concerns are being overlooked, and the lack of transparency about what is being done to address these problems only adds to the frustration. Many of us have been loyal players for years, and it is disappointing to see the quality of service decline in this manner. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues. Improved server stability, better management of updates, a more robust anti-cheat system, and increased communication with the player base are all necessary steps to restoring faith in your brand. The gaming community deserves a better experience, and I hope that Activision will take these concerns seriously and work towards meaningful improvements.
