"We cannot be going down that path as a party." Labour MP Nadia Whittome says "there are some similarities" between Keir Starmer's migration announcement and Enoch Powell's Rivers of Blood speech.

She is like 12, knows nil, has experienced nil and probably has never looked at anything else that Powell said or did.

If mass migration carries any longer, Brits will become a minority in their own country. Politicians like Nadia just don't care.

Enoch Powell was completely correct, just underestimated the horrifying outcome. Cry harder but stop vilifying the man, trying to gaslight everyone into ignoring what is literally before their very eyes.

Nadia is totally right about stock market crooks and rogue landlords. She's wrong about migrants being our family. We're not related and were never asked if we wanted them here. We don't, so they will be leaving.

The Enoch Powell speech discusses rivers of blood and dogshit through letter boxes. Starmer's speech says how brilliant immigration has been for this country. I mean really wtf is she on about .

Can we just admit that the answer is clearly down the middle. Yes migrants are our friends and families and yes they have contributed a very lot to the country and those people deserve to be here. But at the same time there are some migrants that don't fit in (for a number of reasons, maybe here illegally or trying to bring down our culture) and also there is a sensible limit as to how many we should have. Everyone seems to be taking a side which is one extreme or the other when the truth is somewhere in the middle.

"The Democratic Party's actions had left many U.S. citizens feeling humiliated. Signs of a Trump victory were proclaimed well before Biden withdrew from the race. The voters had had enough." 📝 @KarinaLMariani

How about these people start their own political party and let labour go back to representing the working class and not the graduate class

What a man

Foreigner demands more foreigners. Truly extraordinary 🙄
