Do you stall your credit card payments until you've worked out a budget? Do that, and they'll shutter your account, tarnish your credit, and unleash collection agencies upon you. Your solution? You don't rescind the whopping $1.7 trillion tax benefits showered upon the elites for their luxury yachts and private jets. Instead, you retaliate with this monstrous bill that would obliterate crucial public services for the very Americans and their children who need it the most. You take us for fools. You're recklessly gambling with our lives and our nation's economy. Pay your damn bill already. The stakes? Fail to clear our national debt for a single week, and we stand to lose nearly a million jobs, catapulting the unemployment rate to 5%. The economy would reel under the impact. Non-payment of debt could trigger a recession, a market meltdown, and steeper borrowing costs for businesses and individuals alike. Social Security payments, upon which some 66 million people depend, could take a hit. Given that in 2023, the average Social Security beneficiary receives a paltry $1,827 a month, non-payment could thrust countless seniors into homelessness. Soaring unemployment coupled with inflation could precipitate anything from a domestic recession to a long-lasting dent in our global economic reputation. Non-payment could initiate a severe economic downturn, perhaps sparking a jump in unemployment rates to over 12% within half a year, and a staggering contraction of the economy by more than 10%. The lifeline of our economy, the small and medium businesses, might suffer irreparable damage. Take note that some of the poorest states in our country are under Republican rule. Should those MAGA loyalists miss even a single government aid check, their beloved FlynnStone Republicans - Marjorie Taylor Greene, Jim Jordan, Ted Cruz, and company - might find themselves seeking sanctuary in Russia. The Republicans are dangerously toying with our daily lives. And we must bear this in mind when casting our ballots in the 2024 elections.

No. You’re fighting for ultra wealthy mega donors. And you’ve wasted the last 87 days on getting attention you otherwise wouldn’t get. It’s all about you. And it’s all your fault.

You would crash this economy as a political tactic to make Biden look bad...in spite of all the progress he has made in the last 2 yrs - none of which the GOP has acknowledged because it shames them.
