After several years of declining search traffic, Condé Nast CEO Roger Lynch has directed all the company's brands to operate as if search traffic to their properties will be zero. He says the era of turning search and social media traffic into profitable businesses is gone. And that if you run a media business that doesn't have an authoritative brand, a very strong niche, or a direct audience, you're going to be fighting hostile algo changes all the way down. He describes a recent board meeting: "We took a snapshot of search results from seven or eight years ago. And what you saw were a few sponsored links, then the ten blue links." At this present-time in America, if you want to set up a protest against the data center construction in your town, and call out your local representative while doing so that is now an ARRESTABLE OFFENSE. It doesn't matter what you actually say on social media, it is apparently up to the state DA, and local police. Arrested...WITHOUT a warrant, or probable cause because they don't like what you said online and twisted it to turn it into a "threat". If you protest your enslavement by the Technocratic NWO, and especially if you get others to join you, you will be treated like a CRIMINAL. This is what we all have to look forward to in the "land of the free" and why I cannot bring myself to celebrate our 250 years of "freedom".

Again, it's not just my perspective… If you're going to run a broadcast media operation, the FCC and congress, frankly, have decided you need to operate in the public interest. That's one of the things we're pushing for, how do we reempower these broadcasters who serve the interests of their local communities? So much of this now is driven by the national programmers whether ABC, CBS is or NBC.. One of the things we’re trying to do at the FCC is how do we empower local, constrain the power of these national programmers so broadcasters can actually serve their local communities.

Tom Brady shares the advice that changed his career and his mindset. He was at Michigan - he was only getting 2 practice reps while the starter got 20. He was complaining to sports psychologist Greg Harden: "How can I ever get better? All these guys get all the reps and I only get 2." Greg's response changed everything: "Just go in there and focus with the 2 that you got and make them as perfect as you possibly can." Focus on what you can control. So that's what he did. "They'd put me in for those 2. Man, I'd sprint in there like it was Super Bowl 49. 'Let's go boys! Here we go! What play we got?'" "I did really well with those 2 'cause I brought enthusiasm, I brought some energy, and I had a little more confidence in myself." You don't get what you want in life - you get what you earn. It starts with showing up and earning it every single day. "It went from 2 reps to getting 4 reps because those 2 were pretty good. Then I had 4 good reps. Then I got 10 good reps."
