@Mickbyrne101 Only PRS new supply is reliant on foreign investment as domestic investment is prevented from partaking by taxation barriers. You can't get a loan to build an apartment block if your rent is going to be taxed at 40%. Hence it's reserved for untaxed AHB/Foreign Funds.
