@IRCTCofficial has become like a mafia, ignoring the daily beatings and looting of thousands of passengers. The Railways Catering Scandal is one of the biggest corruptions and it seems the RPF might be involved too. Urgent action is needed to stop this crime wave.

Good to hear that a social worker and a traveller was assaulted, how dare a passenger complain about food, how dare he raised voice against @IRCTCofficial, passengers should should pay however and whatsoever the condition of train is, never complain about the services !

@Ananth_IRAS sir this is what happens when passengers stand up towards lawlessness on trains. When the system has collapsed what can passengers alone do? @IRCTCofficial does no inspections whatsoever.

We dug a hole almost two metres deep for three days, all filled with promises they’d bring us more food. We did it because we were hungry, so we didn’t care what we had to do for a little more food. But in the end, that never came either. That same evening when they brought us beans, they uh… they inflated them with water to make us feel there was more.”

Do not ask for bills, especially when you are traveling with your family, that would risk your family's security. Don't register complaints on the Rail Madad app, they reveal your identity, your coach and berth numbers to the IRCTC servers inside the train, thereby risking your safety. Carry enough food and water so that you don't have to rely on the pantry staff. Order food from apps whenever required. Remember the systems are running भगवान भरोसे, nobody is interested in changing the systems significantly. Stay safe and travel safe. Enjoy your time with your family....Happy Diwali.
