We continuously work with various organizations and countries to facilitate humanitarian responses based on need. For the winter and over the last 3 months, the UAE has provided Gaza 558 tons of winter cloths, coats, and blankets.

40 World Food Programme trucks with over 600 tons of flour entered southern Gaza last night (Dec. 1) to support the operation of the WFP bakeries. The aid transfer was carried out through Crossing 96. The WFP organization also collected 52 food trucks through the Erez West crossing, for distribution in the northern Gaza Strip. We will continue collaborating with international organizations to facilitate and support humanitarian operations and the WFP bakeries in all parts of the Gaza Strip.

200 trucks entered Gaza earlier today, as coordinated by COGAT, 42 of which were loaded with shelter equipment. As part of this aid, some 3,600 tons of tents, blankets and mattresses have been transferred to Gaza ahead of the winter. Over 2,000 trucks have entered Gaza since the start of the war, transferring water, food and medical equipment.

An airdrop operation of 81 food packages was completed in Khan Yunis today. This marks the latest of 10,000+ packages, including food and medical supplies, that have been airdropped in recent months through 141 airdrop missions across Gaza. The airdrop operations were completed thanks to productive cooperation together with countries around the world, including: France, Jordan, Egypt, the UAE, the USA, the UK, Germany, and others. The IDF, via COGAT , will continue to work to facilitate the entry of humanitarian aid to Gaza by delivering aid via air and land aid routes.

We warn of the catastrophic humanitarian repercussions resulting from the waves of extreme cold hitting the Gaza Strip, in light of the continued genocide and the suffocating siege, and the widespread destruction of homes and infrastructure it has left behind, as well as the forced displacement of more than one and a half million Palestinians to displacement camps that lack the minimum requirements for human life. According to documented field data, the number of deaths as a result of extreme cold since the beginning of the genocide until today, Sunday, January 11, 2026, has risen to 21 martyrs, all of whom were displaced persons from forced shelter camps, including 18 children, in a dangerous indicator of the scale of the humanitarian disaster threatening the lives of the most vulnerable groups. We also record that the number of deaths due to extreme cold since the beginning of the current winter season has reached 4 deaths, in light of the absence of heating means, the lack of safe shelter, the shortage of blankets and winter clothing, and the continued prevention of the entry of sufficient humanitarian aid. We strongly warn of the repercussions of the upcoming low-pressure system and subsequent weather systems, and the accompanying frost waves and extreme cold during the coming days, which portend an increase in the number of victims, especially among children, the sick, and the elderly, if this catastrophic humanitarian reality continues without urgent intervention. We hold the "israeli" occupation fully and directly responsible for these crimes and deadly outcomes, as they are an extension of the policies of slow killing, starvation, and displacement.
