We debugged another game breaking bug. Sometimes you'd get in a state where shifting in water would still play footsteps. This happens whenever your ragdoll FALLS in water, meaning you have to die on ground and your ragdoll falls into the water, not you dying directly in water. The...

Brooo I've always wondered why it played the sound on overpass even though im shifting.... I thought its just a sound bug on the client side.... FFS Valve

It does play it client side, except for everyone on the server. The server itself doesn't send the sound, but every client on the server "sees" that you died and also simulates the ragdoll which causes the same bug on their screen too. Sometimes only others might have the bug because their ragdoll fell down differently than it did on your screen.

American Rancher Has Advice To The Idaho Farmers Having Their Crops Destroyed By The Half A Million Acres Of Farmland Water Being Shutoff By The US Government “Group up together and go open those valves up and guard them. — Go get your water. Turn it on. Keep guards on all the head gates and, take your water. That's your water” “I've got the question here. I'd like some of you folks to answer it. It's about Idaho over there in Idaho. The, uh, so called authorities are threatening to shut the water off the potato growers and the grain growers and the and the people. Hey., the way I understand it, that's your water right farmers, not theirs. They're stepping in. They're acting like they're they're in charge. Go get your grouped up. Group up together, and, uh, go open those valves up and guard them. They haven't got enough people over there to fight you. Go get your water. Turn it on. Keep guards on all the head gates, and, uh, take your water. That's your water. If you don't take it, it becomes theirs. That's the way most of water law is written. If you don't physically go ahead and take it, it becomes the person holding it. Maybe I'm wrong. This is a question. Like I say, give me some answers. But that's how you get your crop in the in the warehouse. Okay? Do you hear me now?” This is true because if water rights are not used they can be taken. In Idaho this takes 5 years, so if the Government drags this out, it’ll destroy these farms forever.

This post has 375k Likes. Americans are learning our chicken is not only dunked in chlorine, but it’s legally allowed to absorb a certain percentage its weight in chemical water, “without having to be reported as water added” “Did you know that our chicken is dunked in chlorine? Did you know that unless your chicken is labeled as air chilled, that when it is killed, it is dumped in a water bath that has chemicals in it to keep the water sterile and it can absorb 12% of its weight without having to be reported as water added. So when you go and you thaw your chicken and all that water comes out, that's not just because it was in the freezer. That is because there's water added into the chicken with chlorine and other chemicals in it that absorbs into the meat of your chicken and then runs out when you thaw it, and that's why sometimes chicken feels stringy. So if you're trying to eat organic antibiotic free, you don't just need to look for an organic label. You need this. You need the air chilled. That is not chilled with any of those chemicals. (In video) I wouldn't have known any of this if I hadn't started buying my meat from a local processor. And the guy talked to me about it, and he educated me on how our meat is processed in this country. And the answer is with a lot of chemicals that they don't tell us about” FSIS regulations require labeling for any retained water above what naturally occurs in the meat. (Naturally occurring is now considered to be roughly 8% of the meats weight)

There is a major concern about Data Centers that are using closed loop cooling systems that’s not being talked about There are a lot of chemicals being put into the water used in these systems. That water has to be flushed out every couple years Whistleblowers say that chemical water is being pushed into our streams and waterways and may have extremely limited cleaning requirements depending on state “I'm getting whistleblowers on the inside saying that they're taking all that waste and they're just running it down into the sewers. They're wanting to go to more closed cooling systems, and in those closed cooling systems, you still are gonna be using chemicals. There's no regulations about every 2 years when you have to clean out a cooling closed system, where are you gonna throw all of those chemicals?” “Taking polluted water and running it through system and dumping it into a river and it flows downstream, that will have a natural dilution, would resolve the issue, and it's not. Even if it's a closed cooling system, that water that's recycling in there, eventually they have to clean those systems. They have to release that water. And are there any regulations to look at what chemicals aren't in that water before we release it into the environment and just create another pollution issue?” “Right now it's a free-for-all out there.” It’s not a complete free for all, it depends on the states and general federal regulations. Discharges from cleaning, blowdown or maintenance are subject to environmental rules There should be compliance reporting but whistleblowers are saying none of this is being followed, they’re saying it’s a “free for all” and the data centers are just planning on the chemicals being diluted as they flow down our waterways We need investigations
