Basically, the authorities allowed these jokers to operate n airline with insufficient funds for them to even survive 1 year before having to close shop! Who was looking into funding n cash flow? It’s not just their fault. It’s the govt fault as well!

How could DCA let you fly without proof of your abilities in all areas. From what has been exposed this is one hell of a possible scam to get Sarawak to buy over. True then after Sarawak pull out and the absence of back up plan disaster ricochetted back unto your face.
