Is it: A) The business owner in Canada who can’t get investment because Canadian investors are risk averse boomers with no liquid money? Or B) The business owner in Canada who is forced to sell only to customers (who mostly don’t exist) in their own country with a tiny population and can’t export due to trade protectionism? I’m all for many NDP policies from healthcare to social assistance, but the current NDP platform caves too much to luddites and anti-growth idiots, and poses too much of a threat to Canada’s future prosperity, it’s high time we industrialize.
