Wow this post is doing better than we thought it would! Wolves is a completely free MechAssault fangame built from the ground up in Unity. It has multiplayer and the next update is just around the corner! Visit to download.
Nothing better than Clanwars and mechassult.. had so much fun running kitfox in CTF.
Oh my God how can I play this
banger tweet
Okay I kinda of want to get a new original Xbox and get these games. MW5 is fine, but this looks really good, even for being nearly or over 20 years old now.
Very blatant bias showing, but Wolves is like MechAssault but with the good side of modernization. Just continuing to wait and see all the work that all you do in Wolves.
Yo, you making this? I'm interested
Did this ever get a PC port?
I wish they would make these games backward compatible you need an OG Xbox if you wanna the first one and a 360 for the second
How have I never heard of this?!? Downloading now…
this looks sick! Just needs some heavy UI updates.
We agree! The HUD has been pending a rework for a good while now. We're still investigating new approaches to it.
Bring it back.
What is THIS ?!?!
Such a cool mech explosion
Making things controllable just feels good
Im glad that I own both games on disc !
this game started my unhealthy love with the Clanners. I saw this mech, loved it, found out it's the Madcat/timber wolf, and sided with the clans. While I now rep the IS, my heart will always belong to Clan Ghost Bear.
MechWarrior/BattleTech Forever!
MechAssault was DOPE!!!!!!!
Looks sick
WE are on the way
Man talk about a blast of nostalgia I remember watching this game on G4tv Arena I always wanted to give it a try.
HOLY SHIT MECHASSULT IS BACK ON THE MENU BOYS
Loved it, the first online xbox live game I ever played when live first started
A modern mechassault inspired fangame?
@belltyler the memories
@Rythayze AYYYO?!!!? How has this flown under my radar?!
Wait the explosion doesnt even leave a carcass??? How does the first iteration mog this lmao
Always wanted to play it never had the opportunity though.
