These young adults think this virtue signaling is actually them being more loving and accepting people than those who are traditional or conservative. They’ve been after the family forever. Families unite. (Or they used to). Remember when families used to live in the same town. You could visit with your grandparents all the time not just a holiday meal. Together we were strong, divided we are not. I’ve been in the work force, executive level and now I am not. Raising my children more important than any seat at any board room table. It’s all bullshit. Being a mother and having one shot at raising human beings more valuable than closing deals.

I believe I was around 12 years old when my mom went to work and honestly, it tore me up and I made some bad decisions because of it. I'm not blaming her by any means, but I felt abandoned. Now it's just normal for moms to work. I don't like it.

As one the last few years for baby boomers. I never saw women’s liberation as a good thing. I always felt we lost so much more than we ever gained. And now I know, I was right.

And the thought process continues today in the workforce. my coworkers now celebrate holidays/events more with each other than they do with other family members!!! It's insane, never used to be like that.
