I do think Leonhard is right that Bishop is trying to do too much, but some of that is that he's got a lot of weight on his shoulders and knows somebody needs to make a play

I think Bishop has been fine, a couple blips here and there but overall he is all over given what is being asked of him.

I agree. But like you pointed out in the video you can see his frustration in communication not always working. I don’t know if he trusts everyone around him yet.

Bottom line, nothing will change under this ownership. Buffalo teams under Pegula ownership have accumulated ZERO championship appearance over 15 years. They are wasting possibly the best QB of all time by keeping inadequate coaches and incompetent personnel staffs employed, because the seats are full and hope runs high.

@NateGearySports The secondary and D line have to be in synch. They are not. The good news is the D line is good so there is at least something to synch with.

Just gotta hope that it eventually clicks and they turn it around. Happens with scheme changes i guess 🤷‍♂️

Nobody ends up where they need to be. It’s seems blown coverages en mass.

The thing that bothers me is Jim Leonard made a comment pre-season about how our defenses “is gonna throw punches too” hasn’t really seemed to be the case. I love the look when you get 6 or 7 dudes walked up at the line maybe send 5 or 6 of them, the Vikings live off of that.

At what point do we look at Brady and say maybe hiring a guy who runs a scheme that reqs very different archetypes/personnel from our roster was a bad move? I’m not flaming Leonard, but that decision feels like flushing a year down the drain for an org trying to win now.

The offense struggles as well. And it all starts with Allen. He has to make smarter decisions with the ball.

@NateGearySports Bernard stinks at getting the defense lined up. I’m surprised this is never addressed. Always looks like he’s unsure and in a panic when the play clock is inside of 5 seconds. If there’s an audible, forget it. When Shaq Thompson called the defense they were set much sooner.

I thought the last game they were getting good pressure yet there always was someone wide open. WTF is going on ?
