Arrangements were made for pick up and shortly after the driver passed Ibadan, the engine was overheating, and there were oil droplets on the road from the engine, he waited for a while and allowed the engine to cool off and topped up the water in the radiator, he had not driven for 10 minutes before the engine overheated again, I contacted our client and I told him the best option was to tow the car because there was no way that car would get to Inside Òṣogbo , he said we should go ahead and he was going to cover the cost. She reached out to me from Abuja saying she wanted us to help refurbish her Mom’s car, we hadn’t seen or spoken since 2010 when we all finished from Lautech, we connected back recently through a mutual friend who told her about me, she said the main issues Mommy was having with the car was the AC, power steering and she wants to do a full body refurbishment, arrangements were made to pick the car up from Oyo State, the car arrived our workshop safely Inside Òṣogbo We discovered few more faults in the Mechanical aspect and we had them all fixed, we got few body parts for the chassis and we started the panel beating works immediately.

We picked up this baby from Lagos and it arrived Inside Òṣogbo like this, the car didn’t leave Lagos this way, shortly after getting to Ibadan, the engine was overheating seriously and it was getting late, the car’s safety and driver’s wellbeing was our utmost priority so the best option was to tow the car, we communicated with the owner of the car and he gave us a go ahead, we couldn’t get a towing vehicle from here because it was late so we had to look for one around toll gate in Ib and around Iwo Road, we were able to get one eventually and they left around 12:30am, Our own Towing vehicle from Inside Òṣogbo would have actually “towed” the car but these people from Ibadan “pulled” the car with a rope, the driver didn’t inform me of this, I would have objected, shortly before they got to Osogbo, the person controlling our own car behind the towing vehicle lost control and hit the iron behind the towing vehicle so the headlamps, fender, front grille, bumper and bonnet got damaged… “Gbeseee re ooo”🙆🙆🙆. We later found out there was a slight malfunction with the brake system. They arrived the workshop Doromecho Automobile Solutions Ltd. around 4am, I was livid, very mad at the towing vehicle people, they started begging.. This one no be begging matter oo.. At dawn, I called the owner of the vehicle to inform him of what had happened, we love to take responsibilities for anything about our clients’s cars in as much as it is already in our custody. He wasn’t so happy but the good news was that he already had plans to replace the headlamps, front and rear bumpers and do a full revamp of the body as part of the refurbishment plans he had for the car including the Mechanical works, it was a great relief from our side and he appreciated the fact that we called to inform him.

We went to the Congressional Black Caucus setup for tomorrow and was discriminated against , by the party who claim to fight for Democracy. After that, we pulled into Target. As we were getting out of the car a traffic controller who was standing right by our car. Saw our shirts and hats and loudly said, “we don’t fuck with Trump here.” Mind you, we don’t know him , we didn’t speak to him , we were simply exiting our vehicle. Someone called the police to report him . For people to feel comfortable saying and harassing folks like that because they’re brainwashed is ridiculous. But let it be known: you found the right Republicans. We’re a different breed. God made us exactly how He wanted us. Don’t come for us — we stand our ground. #DCparkingenforcement

A pain 💔 and sleepless nights for 2 years that finally ended and was resolved in a week 🙏🏾 You may find that you are going through the same, read this 👇🏾 This client contacted View4You after battling for almost 2 years with MIOSA and dealership. We got involved, did the inspection and provided our report. MIOSA then ruled in favour of the client and said the car must be repaired. However the dealership did not repair the car as per ruling, we were grateful for the ruling however we felt it was unfair to rule that the dealership should repair, this ruling should have been a full refund or to replace the car as it was a lemon 🍋, unsafe to drive and not roadworthy!! Keep in mind this client has been paying insurance and instalments for a car she is not using, it’s either stuck in her yard or at the dealership 😔, the finance house had refused to uplift this deal and stated the client must sort it out with the dealership. We all know how that goes, it’s straight into a brick wall !! The dealership refused to repair the car, which made us happy because we knew where this will end up. The matter returned to MIOSA, MIOSA then issued a closing letter for the case to be escalated to The NCC. This did not sit well with our Founder, he then made some high-level calls to the finance house which was ABSA, and within a week this deal was uplifted and the process of paying the client back all their instalments started. This story is a reality many people in South Africa are faced with, they are driving lemons 🍋 🍋 because they trusted the dealership. So listen to these findings. ABSA does not finance salvaged cars. The dealership had lied to ABSA, as many others do to their financing houses, and sold this car as non-salvage and accident-free. That is why they did not entertain the client. The client then also didn’t know the car was a salvage car until we at View4You inspected the car and found out not only was it a salvage, this should be scrap metal, not roadworthy, unsafe, it was in a terrible accident🙏🏾 The culprits here are the Car Dealerships, they are not being honest with the finance houses !!! People of South Africa, you may be driving a salvage car that is financed illegally, you may be thinking why is this car so problematic? Well you could be a victim because you trusted the dealership and you are now driving a salvaged car unknowingly!!! If you bought a second-hand car and you did not get it Inspected wether financed or cash. Please get it checked, and get the history checks done as well. If we find out that the car you bought and financed was a salvage car we will help you contact the right people in all the finance houses and bypass those that are not telling the authorities in the finance houses the truth !!!!
